Dr. James Jorgensen Honored in Chapel

The college family was delighted to honor Dr. James Jorgensen, former vice-president of Hyles-Anderson College, on Friday, October 26, 2007. Dr. Jorgensen turned 60 years of age this month and was invited to speak in college chapel. He was surprised to receive a birthday cake, a Green Bay Packers jersey, a Green Bay Packers jacket, and best of all two tickets to a Packers-Cowboys football game in Dallas next month! We were challenged and inspired to hear Dr. Jorgensen reminisce about his days of service at Hyles-Anderson College and his present service at Commonwealth Baptist College. He reminded us of the eternal blessings that come from serving God full-time with one’s life.
